Elya Snow
Elya Snow has been planning and dreaming of moving to Uganda to work in an orphanage for as long as I have known her. Especially after her month long visit a few years ago to Buggadde Village, where she intends to return.
She has spent the last year caring for her brother who was disabled in an accident. The opportune time has finally come for Elya and she plans to make the move back to Buggadde Village in 2012!!! We did a quick shoot a few weeks ago produce a few images Elya could use on her blog and other media. She had a great idea to make a few signs with messages on them.
You can learn more about Elya’s trip at www.BackToBuggadde.blogspot.com

Jay and Laura Burgamy have been loyal clients for a few years now. They were having difficulty getting pregnant, and when finally it happened they called to schedule maternity portraits (some of these you will see in my portfolio) and baby photos of their baby boy, Trent.
It’s been a few years since then, and now they have a new little sister for Trent! This is Brooke:

Heidi, Isaac and I got rained on during our early spring portrait session – but we didn’t let that stop us from having a great time and creating some beautiful photos. : )
Scrumdiddlyumptious Bakery
Here is a small taste from a recent shoot with Scrumdiddlyumptious bakery right here in Woodstock, GA. Amy bakes and decorates all of these treats herself!!!!
Fowler Blades
I’ve been loving getting out and doing a lot of photos in the last month without much time to share, so here are a couple recent photos I did for my brother Stephan! He makes (by hand, with an anvil) custom bowie knives that are beautiful collector pieces and veeeery sharp. With his previous experience as a steak-house chef he has made his first chef knives and they are bad to the bone!
Skates
I got to spend some some time last week photographing speed skates & boots made by Pinnacle Racing. These are seriously top of the line; custom fit and custom made right here in the United States! It was really exciting to work with such a refined and well crafted product. Here are a couple shots:
