Motorbikes and Senior Portraits (big announcement too!)

I’ve been really busy the last couple weeks with planning some great new stuff, and taking a lot of photos, but I’m excited to show you a bit of what I’ve been up to!

This weekend I spent a lot of time shooting motorcycles, it is SO much fun shooting something you love!

With the weekend over, getting back to work: Senior Portrait season is roaring loudly into full swing! Monday morning I hung out with a couple cool young guys Michael and Joey, who are now pondering future modeling careers *insert Blue Steel here*

We fought the rainy weather like it was 1999… I don’t know what that’s supposed to mean… But the point is rain-or-shine we were fearless and had a great time on Michael and Joey’s shoot! Here are some images from that!

See there? Pretty spiff huh? But it would look better with YOUR picture on it, so call me today!

Peace,

Updates on the card – Your feedback is GREAT! keep it comin!

This morning I got started early because I was so excited to start incorporating some of the great suggestions I’ve gotten here on my site as well as on facebook. Also, this time I exported the image for web from photoshop, so hopefully the colors show a little more accurately for everyone now. : )

I added drop shaddows to the Name, ‘photographer’, as well as the phone and website. Then I added some quick ‘dots’ between the words accross the bottom. Maybe the dots still need a little tweaking- do they look a little flat to you?

How do you like these fonts? Do you think they are they better than the first set?

Business Card Draft – I want to know what YOU think

Hey everybody, I’ve been crazy busy the last month and haven’t been writing much about what’s been going on. My brother Isaac got married a couple weeks ago and I had the huge honor and pleasure of being his best man. Even though I wasn’t shooting I still snapped a couple pictures with my phone (I couldn’t help it!).

I’ve recently been working on some fresh business cards and I’d love to know what you think! Here is a draft of the front and back.

A big thanks to local musician Jonathan Peyton for modeling for the photo below. We did some photos for him while we were at it, and I can’t wait to show you – they’ll be coming soon.

So that’s my current plans for a business card. I want to print and have them in hand pretty soon, but I’m trying to take my time and get a lot of feedback before I make any final decisions. What do you think?
